Another lovely day. Strong sunshine making temperatures soar.
I walked to the donkeys with the dogs. A lovely walk.
On the way back I found a huge parasol mushroom. The biggest of the year.
The dogs got covered in grey smelly mud from a large rapidly drying puddle. I had to hose them down to get it off before they were allowed into the house.
Jane took her camera to Gibraltar.
These are some concrete gun placements (disused!) in La Linea.
Gibraltar from La Linea.

This is from the Gibraltar airport runway. The cloud on the top is caused by the Levanter (Levante). An east to northeast wind that flows from the Alboran Channel and is funneled through the Strait of Gibraltar. It hits the steep side of the rock and the cloud forms on the top.
Jane walks across the runway into Gibraltar town. Lots of other workers do the same.
Jane had mentioned a beautiful wild flower she had seen. It is stunning. It looks like a type of succulent.
At lunch time Jane walked down Main Street.
Quite a common sight in Spain, this 'statue must have crossed the border. I wonder what his passport photo is like?
The best one that we have seen was a man in Barcelona dressed as an English city gent sitting on the toilet reading the Financial Times.

This girl has been preparing for her communion probably next Sunday.
Jane got back at around 20:30h.
We had a lovely meal before we watched 'Mother of Tears'.
A horror set in Rome. Witches with supernatural t-shirts. Complete rubbish with terrible acting.
