Another stunning day. Soaring temperatures, Booted Eagles flying in blue skies above the house. We're all fit and well. Life in Andalucía is good.
The oranges are ripening nicely on the trees and are about perfect for picking.
It's easy to take good photo's of oranges contrasted against blue skies. I like this one Jane took of sunlight hitting a single orange blossom on the shady side of a tree.
We went to see Rosie and Domingo. We took them for an evening stroll.
Here are a few photo's.

This is Rosie with the pretty pueblo Jubrique across the valley.
Here's Domingo running down the track to get his seed and hay.
We've heard Bee-Eaters calling to each other for a few days. Jane got a good sighting of one perched on a wire as she drove down into Benarrabá. I've only seen them flying in the distance. It's like seeing old friends as the migrants return to their summer homes.
We cooked some homemade cheese and onion slices. Far better than the shop bought variety.
In the evening we watched 'Resurrecting The Champ'. Directed by Rod Lurie. With Samuel L. Jackson, Josh Hartnett and Kathryn Morris. Great film. Combination of boxing and journalism drama. A up and coming sports journist, son of a famous radio broadcaster sees an opportunity for a major story when he finds an ex-champ living rough on the streets.
A really good film, not so much about boxing but about father/son relationships and integrity. Samuel L. Jackson is brilliant as 'The Champ'.
