Another beautiful day, the weather this spring has been excellent. With just the occasional grey and rainy day to keep the campo green. We could do with a downpour sometime in the next week to keep the grass growing.
We went to see Rosie and Domingo.
This is Domingo.
I collected a pile of Southern Vetchling for Rosie she loves this plant. It's a type of sweet pea.
She also likes oranges, so when I sit down to eat one, picked fresh from a nearby tree, she's over to eat the peel and any segments that she can persuade me to part with. Giving her a whole orange isn't clever as she dribbles orange juice all over you.

Jane took all of today's photographs including a photo of a 'Vipers Bugloss' a strange name for a pretty blue flower. A common plant in the area which often has a pink tinge to older flowers.
We walked back to the finca. The donkeys follow us, I run ahead and they charge down this track to catch us up. Domingo runs with his head down at ground level and kicks his hooves out to the side, a happy donkey.
Back in Benarrabá we cook a meal and I listen to the football. A great result sees us win 1-4 against Tottenham at White Hart Lane. A nine point cushion above Bolton means I'll start to sleep easier.
We watched 'Music Within'. Directed by Steven Sawalich. With Ron Livingston, Melissa George and Michael Sheen. Excellent 'True Story' of Richard Pimentel, who returns from Vietnam severely hearing impaired and finds a new purpose in his life fighting on the behalf of Americans with disabilities. Great film, well worth watching.
