08:00 - Jane's off for a couple of days. We're off to Ronda to pick up some business cards and to buy donkey seed.
Before we go I make a couple of posts on our Gibraltar website.
10:00 - It's been raining, nothing too heavy just a quick soaking.
We set off up onto the A369, on the higher stretches it's quite misty but as we pass through Algatocin it seems to clear.
10:30 - We park in the barrio de San Francisco and walk up through the old town.
We get the cards, process some photos and have cake and coffee in Davers. An amazing cake making company in Ronda. They have a couple of cafés.
I'm going to post all the Ronda photos together.
Some are from the top of the famous bridge looking west.

A couple of shoppers.

Back over the bridge this time looking east.

Then we headed out of Ronda to a small Ermita.
Some photos looking back at the gorge and bridge and of the Ermita which was closed.

We drove back to Benarrabá. Then we went to see Rosie and Chico.
We went mushroom hunting and startled a deer in a copse which ran within a few metres of us. We found a few decent sized mushrooms.
In the evening I watched Newcastle United beat West Bromwich Albion 2-1 at St James' Park. Good to get a win, it's been a while ...
Later we watched half of 'Puffball' starring Kelly Reilly, Miranda Richardson, Rita Tushingham and Donald Sutherland. From Fay Wealdon's novel. Which I haven't read. A strange film. Good performances.
